Schematic Design.
Circuit design is the core of our business. We have used several design packages over the years but now exclusively use Altium Designer.
SPICE simulation in conjunction with rapid prototyping allows us to develop circuitry quickly and efficiently.
PCB Design.
From small 2-layer boards to high component density, multi-layered designs, we can design layouts to meet your needs.
We are used to working to IPC and DEF-STAN standards.
Prototyping.
We have a well equipped lab space and the ability to hire in additional test equipment where needed.
We also have an in-house 3D printing capability and a small 3-axis CNC milling machine.
With links to various third-party suppliers, we can source prototype PCBs quickly and cost effectively.
Firmware.
Require custom firmware for your 8, 16 or 32-bit microcontroller?
We can design ‘C’ code, with particular experience in using the Microchip range of devices.
Mechanical.
The design of a PCB is often driven by the requirements of the enclosure and other factors such as connector positions, heatsinks and user controls. We have the ability to handle all the mechanical aspects of a design to ensure a homogenous end result.
Procurement.
Whilst we don’t have a magic wand for component supply shortages, we are able to provide a turnkey PCB service using our third-party suppliers saving you time and money.
